Amon is a Mkasanga village resident and his journey with Remote Africa started during his schooling career. He was supported through his studies on the Tafika Fund sponsorship programme.

Amon then worked his way through the ranks at Tafika, starting as a porter to becoming a qualified guide. He is an enthusiastic guide with a sparkling sense of humour and extensive wildlife knowledge.
