Cultural Visits

Cultural Visits to Mkasanga Village and its school may be arranged by Tafika Camp. A fascinating hour or two can be spent learning about the lives of the local people, being guided by the teachers of the school and women of the village. One may also visit the outpatients’ clinic built by the villagers, funded by the generosity of Remote Africa’s guests and agents, and now operated by the local health authority.

Remote Africa Safaris manages the “Tafika Fund” which provides Community Support in the form of books and materials for the local schools, teachers’ salaries, scholarships for high school pupils and adult skills development.
